Interdisciplinary Art Project Kobe（インターディシプリナリー・アート・プロジェクト・コウベ）が、映像や音の新たな使い方に出会い、体験していただく、今、注目の技術であるAR(拡張現実)を使ったワークショップを開催いたします。
阪神・淡路大震災や時代によって失われた風景を求め、1日目は元町商店街付近で、2日目は新長田周辺でフィールドワークをしながら、実際に映像や音の制作を行います。
制作した作品は、2020年1月に展示予定です。
写真＋映像＋ＡＲ作品制作＆展示・発表のチャンスです！
お手持ちのスマホやカメラをお持ちください。映像制作のご経験は問いません。

3日目は、元町映画館2Fで、映像上映プログラム＆レクチャーがございます。
写真が動きだす、拡張現実（AR）ワークショップ
韓成南（オーディオ・ヴィジュアル・アーティスト）によるARワークショップ。
写真を専用アプリで読み取ると、まるで写真が動き出すかのようなARの映像と音を個人やグループに分かれて制作します。

【対象】
スマートフォンをお持ちの18歳以上の方 ※映像やサウンド制作経験は問いません。初心者対象。

【講師】
韓成南（Sung Nam HAN）
在日コリアン３世として神戸市に生まれる。シングル・チャンネル、映像インスタレーション、AR作品の展示や“スーパーリニア”という概念をもとに制作した映像×演劇×ダンスのアートパフォーマンス上演等、活動は多岐に渡る。近年は、ブルーバックによるキーイングという映像合成技術を用いた鑑賞者参加型のインスタレーションや映像パフォーマンス作品、携帯電話、小型カメラやモニターを用いたウェアラブルな映像作品やポケッタブルな映像を見ることについて考察した作品を制作する。2014年よりInterdisciplinary Art Festival Tokyoのディレクターを務め、2019年よりArt in Country of Tokyoを立ち上げる。国内外のアートフェスティバルで展示・発表を行っている。

Color of the border（カラー・オブ・ザ・ボーダー）
国境や境界、場について考えさせられる日本・中国・韓国・U.S.A.・アルゼンチンから選りすぐりの短編映画をセレクションしました。上映後、IAPK代表の韓成南より映像上映プロラムに関するレクチャーがございます。

全ては、自身の時間的存在に限定されているので、“現在”のような時間はない。私はそれぞれの言葉と共に、月曜日午前8時、火曜日午前11時、水曜日午後2時、木曜日午後5時、金曜日午前8時に自転をする。すぐに“現在”は過去になる。

１ピクセルと１フレームずつに映像と音声が切り刻まれ、1フレームずつ時間をずらして再生されることにより、全時間の断片を同時に見て、聞くことができる。この作品では、一瞬が永遠になり、永遠が一瞬になる。

サウンドアーティストZen LUと映像アーティストMiaoyuan LONG (the ON/OFF media Group)のオーディオ・ヴィジュアル・ライブパフォーマンス。
中国本土と香港の間の国境（1950から70年代の香港と深圳の間の国境）であるBig Escape (タッチベース政策・抵塁政策)と当時人口流入が管理されていた2番目の国境である深圳特別経済特区（SEZ/社会主義と資本主義で分けられた区域）を描いた作品。
2つの国境沿いの取り壊された検問所を撮影している。

壊れて捨てられるもの、余りもの、踏みつけるもの、吠える、揺れる、崩れたもの、崩れそうなもの、崩れていくものに関する哀歌。

女が日本の中心を1周した。韓成南の作品「Eveadam」を作品内作品として見せる。
surface memory oblivion, Jangwook LEE, Korea, 10min., 2019
昌慶宮は日本統治時代、動物園にされており、解放後も長くそのままにされていた。
動物たちは解放前に虐殺されている。
取り壊された動物園は跡形もない。構造物を破壊するという行為はそれを乗り越えたいという特別な感情が含まれているが、最終的にはそれが記憶を失くすという事へもつながる。それが忘却である。

【Lecturer】
Sung Nam HAN
Director of Art in Country of Tokyo (AICOT) and Interdisciplinary Art Festival Tokyo (IAFT), Sung Nam HAN makes her artworks based on the theme of “What watching a video is,” such as interactive art installations made through a blue background editing method known as keying, wearable / pocketable video works that utilizes smartphones, small cameras or monitors. Also she exhibited AR works and doing art performances focus on the concept of “super linear” that combine video, play and dance. Her activities cover a wide range of areas.

The selection of short films from Japan, China, Korea, U.S.A. and Argentina, where you can think about borders and spaces. After the screening, there will be a lecture on the video screening program from IAPK representative Sung Nam HAN.

Since everything is confined to its own temporal existence, there is no time like the present. I spin with each word in the title at 8am on Monday, 11am on Tuesday, 2pm on Wednesday, 5pm on Thursday, and 8pm on Friday. The momentary present immediately becomes the past.

As images and audio of video are cut by 1 pixel and 1 frame and played shifting time by 1 frame, we can watch and hear all the moment and pieces at the same period of time. In this work, a moment becomes eternal, and the eternal becomes instant.
the Boundaries, Miaoyuan LONG and Zen LU, China, 15min., 2017
An Audio Visual Live Performance by Sound artist Zen LU and Visual artist Miaoyuan LONG (the ON/OFF media Group). It’s a piece to illustrate the boarder of Big Escape (Touch Base Policy) from mainland China to Hong Kong during 1950-70’s (the boarder btw Hong Kong and Shenzhen), and the Second Line Border in Shenzhen Special Economic Zone (the boarder btw Socialism China and Capitalism China), which was used to control human flow. We filmed the demolished checkpoints along these two boundaries.

surface memory oblivion, Jangwook LEE, Korea, 10min., 2019
Chang gyeong Palace was converted into a zoo in the Japanese colonial period and had been functioning for a long time after liberation. The animals in the zoo were massacred before liberation. The zoo, which is now dismantled, is an invisible landscape. Demolition of structures in a space that possesses a specific memory expresses the willingness to overcome it, but eventually leads to loss of memory, that is oblivion.
